At Guchaa Decor, we ensure prompt and secure delivery across the country. Every piece you order is 100% genuine and crafted to the highest standards of quality. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, our easy exchange and return policy makes it simple to request a replacement or refund. Your satisfaction is always our top priority.

Delivery Information

• Guchaa Decor offers free delivery for orders both within and outside the valley.
• Orders within the Kathmandu Valley are typically delivered within the same day. However, delivery takes no longer than 48 hours for locations outside the valley.
• Changes can be made if the order hasn’t been dispatched yet. However, it is recommended to inform our customer service as soon as possible.
• If you are unavailable at the delivery time, the delivery personnel will try to contact you and confirm your location. If in-case, you are unable to pick up your item, inform someone close to you to receive it, or else, re-delivery may be scheduled. 
• If the delivery time is longer than expected, we encourage our customers to contact customer service for assistance and get informed about their order status. 
• Currently, Guchaa Decor provides nationwide delivery only. However, we are considering expanding our services to include international shipping too.
  

Return & Exchange Policies

At Guchaa Decor, we provide a hassle-free return and exchange process to ensure your complete satisfaction. This policy applies to products that are damaged, defective, or different from what was described on our website.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be in its original, unused condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging included.
• Products that are damaged, used, or tampered with after delivery will not be accepted.

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of your purchase invoice. Please make sure to bring the original purchase invoice and warranty card when returning or exchanging your item.

If the product you received is defective or mismatched, Guchaa Decor will cover all shipping costs associated with the return or exchange. No additional charges will be applied to you.

All returned items are subject to inspection to verify their condition. Once the product meets our policy requirements, your return or exchange will be processed immediately on the same day.
